Eligibility Requirements for State Family Housing
Admission to State-subsidized Family Housing is limited to persons or families with gross incomes( including income from assets) no greater than the following for Fiscal Year 2009 (these income limits are adjusted annually):
1 persons $46,300 2 persons $52,950 3 persons $59,550
4 persons $66,150 5 persons $71,450 6 persons $76,750
Besides verifying that a household's income falls within the above income limits, Wellesley Housing Authority (WHA) does check Credit reports, Landlord history and CORI ( Criminal Offender Record Information) checks on applicants and all family members 18 years and older whose application is approaching the top of the waiting list.
